We are thrilled to introduce our new power skating sessions, now available on Saturdays at Westminster Ice Realm! Whether you're aiming to boost agility, refine balance, or increase speed, these sessions are tailored to elevate your game.

Session Details:

When: Saturdays

Where: Westminster Ice Realm

Session 1: 1-1:30 PM

Session 2: 1:30-2 PM

Session 3: 2-2:30 PM

Session 4: 2:30-3 PM

Duration: 45 minutes (30 minutes supervised)

Capacity: 6 players per session

COST: 50$ Per Player

What to Expect:

Our power skating sessions emphasize crucial elements like edgework, stride technique, and overall skating proficiency. Building a strong foundation in these skills will significantly enhance your hockey performance, including shooting, passing, stick handling, checking, and body contact.
