No refunds under any circumstances for 3v3 Christmas Cup.
Shooting Facility Bookings
At NXT Level Hockey, we strive to deliver top-notch training and development for youth hockey players. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as possible within our policy framework. Conditions for Refund While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to credit the funds back to your account. You can use this credit for any of our other programs. This ensures that you or your child can still benefit from our training services even if initial plans fall through. Timeframe for Refund Requests To qualify for a credit back to your account, you must request the refund more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled program or session. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for a credit. Include your name, the program or session you are cancelling, and any relevant details.Our team will review your request and credit the funds back to your account promptly.
